Master Class with Dancers from Chicago Tap Theatre

Dancers from the Chicago Tap Theatre (featured guests at the Dance Gala) will teach master classes.

Dances by Capital High School

Capital High School Dance Company Under the direction of Tabitha Moore will present a program of varied dance styles by dancers from the school.  The company consists of an auditioned ensemble that study and present concerts featuring both student and professional choreography.

Heartwood in the Hills presents "What is Dance?"

Songs and dances from around the world for children and their adults! Heartwood in the Hills presents "What is Dance?", a benefit fundraiser for Heartwood in the Hills 

Sunrise Carriage Trail Walk with Music, Art and Dance

Take a shaded stroll on the charming Sunrise Carriage Trail and enjoy music, dance and art along the way. The .65 mile trail is on an incline, so the walk is somewhat strenuous going up but easy if you start at the top. Performers include JADCO, the performing arts component of January's Academy of Dance under January Johnson Wolfe, Musical easels at 2:15pm and several musical performers TBA.

Dance Gala

This Gala features guest dancers and musicians from Chicago Tap Theatre.
