Dizzy Doc (Aaron Hay) is an extreme balloon artist based in Columbus, Ohio. His balloon art features life sized figures and massive structures. Last year he made a 30’ X 10’ X 20’ replica of the West Virginia State Capitol Building with figures of a coal miner and mountaineer.
On Friday you can watch him put together his version of the New River Gorge Bridge, complete with parachutists. Balloon Bridge Day! After the sculpture is done, Doc will be on hand Saturday, June 27, to make small balloon pieces for kids in the mall (10 am - noon).
